Cancellation Policy

To reserve your session, payment is required at the time of booking. This ensures your appointment time is held exclusively for you and allows the session to begin with clarity and ease. All payments are non‑refundable, but sessions may be rescheduled with proper notice.

If you need to change your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your session may result in forfeiture of the session fee. No‑shows are considered completed sessions and are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.
